About the Practitioner
Earlin K. Farber, Registered Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy®, Society of Ortho-Bionomy®, Int.
Education: Rocky Mountain Ortho-Bionomy® Center, 2020
I became an Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner so I can assist clients in changing unhealthy body patterns and regain balancing energy.
My Story
From Rheumatoid Arthritis to Helping other people….
I was diagnosed with RA in 1999. All these years I have been under the care of a Rheumatologist, but their care and medication were not enough. I reached out to find alternative care and that is when I found Ortho-Bionomy®. After I received a few months of sessions, I was able to move easy and with little pain. My experience with Ortho-Bionomy® was so rewarding that I started taking classes at Rocky Mountain Ortho-Bionomy® Center and am now a Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy®.
My greatest joy is helping others move away from pain! It does not matter if you are suffering from an injury, disease, PTSD, acute and or chronic pain, stress, pre and post surgeries, digestive dysfunction, headaches, shoulder dysfunction and so much more; Ortho-Bionomy® treatments can help improve your mobility.
Embrace in your healing journey with Earlin!
I offer Ortho-Bionomy® sessions in Grand Junction, CO.
My suite is in a cute little house, in a safe downtown location. My mission is to create a safe and relaxing space where healing can occur naturally with EASE and Balance.
You are invited to come in and get relaxed by taking your shoes off and laying down or sitting at a therapy table. Your body and I will work together to relieve your stress, pain, trauma. No two sessions are ever the same.

Waves of Wellness
Based in Osteopathy, Ortho-Bionomy® is a structural approach to bodywork that eliminates pain and accelerates healing. Using gentle, non-invasive techniques we help the body recognize its own ability to heal by engaging self-corrective reflexes of the nervous system.
Ortho-Bionomy is highly effective in working with chronic stress, injuries and pain. We work with where the body “is” at the given time of a session, always moving into comfort and away from pain. Ortho-Bionomy helps the body remember its original state by recognizing comfort within the body to replace attention to pain.
Your Practitioner will gently access your body for tender and tight spots while standing and again as you lie, wearing comfortable clothes, on a massage table. Areas of restricted mobility and pain are gently moved to uncover positions which bring about a lessening of pain and a feeling of comfort. The position is held and possibly exaggerated by a mild compression into the joint until the muscles release.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Frequently Asked Questions:
What can I expect from an Ortho-Bionomy session?
Your Ortho-Bionomy session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. You will lie on a therapy table especially designed for your comfort, I have pillows to help you be as comfprtable as possible.
Otho-Bionomy is performed with the client completely clothed. Please wear loose, comfortably clothing that allows movement of the body.
A typical session will include work to your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. While Ortho-Bionomy does not have a "protocol" every session may not include the "full body" experience of other bodywork modalities. Thru discussion, we will approach areas of tension and pain and see where the body "invites" us to work so that we can provide change to old body patterns and create relief.
Areas of restricted mobility and pain are gently moved to uncover positions which bring about a lessening of pain and a feeling of comfort. The position is held and possibly exaggerated by a mild compression into the joint until the muscles release. You should communicate immediately if you feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken. We will always move towards comfort and away from pain
Feel free to ask the practitioner any questions about the technique or the upcoming session. Make yourself comfortable. The practitioner will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if/when they need more or less pressure, another blanket, or anything else relevant to the session. However, don't feel obligated to stay quiet, we can always talk about anything that may interest you - some people like to not think about what is happening inside their bodies during a session. If you have any questions regarding the session or about the particular technique you are receiving, feel free to ask.
Most people feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days. It is possible to have some soreness in the first 48 hours as your nervous system adjusts to the new balance.
Bodywork can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure. Bodywork is also known to promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety and create an overall sense of well-being
No. However, it's imperative that, before you begin your session, the practitioner asks general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. From here we can make the best decisions on how to meet your needs.

Please contact 970-261-5687 to schedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $40.00 of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed ” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to serving you!
